RHIZOME VS. TREES
TREES VS. RHIZOME
I like this :LANGUAGE spreads like a patch of oil. There is such complexity
with language
it is like
a rhizome.
It is everywhere no matter where you go. Organisms even have a language regardless of
3whether it is verbal or not.
This is all mind boggling. Language is rhizomatic like a beureacratic whose languauge is static and enigmatic yet able to multiply like 2 full grown rabbits!

"Formal processes occur within the work of art which correspond to the natural organic tendencies in man"-deleuze 171
is this true?? Does man have a tendency to view objects in a certain way? Do we all reach a consensus as to what is aesthetically pleasing to the eye??? THREE

maybe this
reading is hinting
at the idea that space is
free action and this is where the beginning
of abstract art formulates
where formal processes are
great but should
be thrown
out the window
if we want to
open our art up
to another
level which is not
restricted. is this what is meant by "IF EVERYTHING IS ALIVE, IT IS NOT BECAUSE EVERYTHING IS ORGANIC OR ORGANIZED BUT, ON THE CONTRARY, because the organism is a diversion of life" ?

Nomads and Blacks......................"both opt not to adopt but to adapt"...........................
"All filmic phenomena are subordinate in importance to the voyage"
Godard
was
a
filmmaker
who
liked
to
use
this
idea
of
the
voyage.
He
would
guide
the
viewers
through
his
films
but
the
story
would
be
nonlinear
and
it
was
about
the
voyage
in
the
films
and
how
he
would
take
the
viewer
on
a
ride.
Black Cinema and Nomadic Art
functions to disrupt viewing habits and to transform the way people look at
cinema and how they relate to it. It makes the viewer aware of their role as the audience.
Much like how Godard and the French New Wave challenged the
way we look at cinema, so does the Black Independants and Nomadic Art.
"It is a cinema freed from story and linear structure."
